1:1 Meeting Scheduling
Our event agenda includes dedicated times to make meaningful connections with other event attendees through 3 blocks of 20-minute 1:1 meetings. You will receive an email from the scheduling platform within one business day of your conference registration with a unique link to your meeting booking profile to begin requesting and booking meetings with other conference attendees.
HOW TO SCHEDULE MEETINGS:
1. Access The Meeting Booking Platform
Within one business day of registration, you should receive a welcome email inviting you to participate in and schedule 1:1 meetings. The email will come from elagorio@cascadiacapital.com.
Please add the above address to your safe senders list and check your spam folder if you are not receiving these emails.
We recommend bookmarking your unique login link on your mobile and desktop devices for easy access to the system.
Hit “Schedule Appointments” to begin the process.
2. Perfect Your Profile
Upon clicking your unique access link, you will be taken to a calendar page titled Cascadia Connect Food, Beverage and Agribusiness Conference.
We automatically created your profile using the information from your conference registration. All profiles are now visible to other attendees who have registered for the conference.
To view your profile, click your initials at the top right corner of the screen. You have the opportunity to “Edit” any of the information if needed.
3. Browse Profiles & Accept or Send Meeting Requests
To browse other attendees, click “Directory” next to “Calendar” located top right of the header.
From there, you can search the name of any registered attendee, or scroll through the list alphabetically.
You can select “Request Appointment,” choose a Time and Location, and fill out a Subject and Description for your personalized message to the receiver.
4. Mark Your Calendar
You will receive an email from the booking system every time a meeting is requested, confirmed, or canceled.
If you confirm the meeting, you will have the opportunity to add the meeting to your personal calendar at this time, along with adding it to your schedule within the booking platform.
Once a meeting is booked, it will be held on your calendar, and a meeting location will be automatically assigned.
In order to see completed requests, go to “Confirmed Appointments” in the upper right header on the calendar page to view all meetings that have been confirmed.
